What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 7-14 days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
How can I return an item?

Please note: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
What are your delivery costs?

Yes! We ship internationally from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Delivery typically takes 6-11 business days depending on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package's delivery progress.

How long does it take to process my order?

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it, provided the tracking status has not changed to "package shipped". Simply send an email to info@monroe-avenue.com to cancel your order.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@monroe-avenue.com within 30 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
