RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer service at info@monroe-avenue.com. Be sure to include your order number (found in your order confirmation email or on your invoice).

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • The return address
  • A return authorization number (if applicable)
  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

For returns due to change of mind or exchange requests, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or fees.

Please note: International customs clearance delays are outside of our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return or refund delay.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with no signs of wear or use
  • With all original tags, labels, and liners attached
  • In original packaging when possible

Returns showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage may be refused at our discretion.

If your order was purchased as a bundle or set, the return generally needs to include all items in the bundle. Individual items from bundles may not be eligible for separate returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size, color, or style), contact us immediately at info@monroe-avenue.com within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.

If the issue is due to an error on our part (incorrect item shipped, manufacturing defect, or damage in transit), we will arrange a replacement free of charge. 

Exchanges

Want a different item? Email info@monroe-avenue.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.

Our team will process your exchange and send you the new item. Return shipping costs may apply.

Refund Processing

After your refund is issued, please allow 7–14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@monroe-avenue.com.
